Duty Supervisors are fully in charge of on-site command and decision-making, ensuring fuel operations are safe, accurate, and compliant with local regulations and international standards. In the face of unexpected situations, they remain calm and decisive, coordinating teams and taking swift action to maintain fuel supply stability and support the smooth operation of HKIA.

Jetty Supervisor

Jetty supervisors hold critical responsibility for marine receipt operations at all times, serving as the single focal point for coordination among all parties involved. They oversee vessel berthing, ensure safe docking and accurate connections, and direct the entire fuel transfer process. Through continuous supervision of vessel discharge and pipeline transfer, they manage operational challenges, safeguard fuel quality, and ensure stable, seamless fuel receipt operations.

Terminal Operator

Terminal operators are fundamental to the core operational tasks that ensure fuel quality and safety, forming the foundation for all shore-side scheduled works. They execute each stage with precision — from fuel receipt and storage to transfer — while adhering strictly to procedures and remaining prepared to manage unexpected situations, ensuring a stable and reliable fuel supply.
